The breakfast options were very satisfying. The check-in process was smooth. Staff members were nice and offered great customer service. The hotel atmosphere felt peaceful.
I did have to walk a bit to reach transport.

solid choice near the holy site

the staff was very helpful. i needed some guidance on my first umrah and they gave it to me. the room was comfortable. taxis were consistently available just outside the hotel.
i asked for extra towels multiple times. i never received them. it took a while to get the towels

the breakfast buffet included a fair variety of options, i found the selection acceptable. there is a local traditional breakfast restaurant about ten minutes from the hotel. delivery apps also serve the hotel.

The hotel is located a couple miles from the masjid. taxis are cheap and plentiful. They are always waiting outside. the taxis drop you near gate 76s, less than a five minute walk to the haram.

Wow, the wi-fi was super fast. I could stream videos without any buffering! the staff was kind and helpful. the location was prime, with easy access to shops and restaurants.
The room cleaning wasn't consistent. Sometimes i had to request it multiple times.

the standard king room had a comfortable king-size bed and a separate seating area! the air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a cool temperature. a small refrigerator kept my drinks cold.
